• Additional charge for the following areas:
     o 10% for Cavite, Palawan and Bicol Region
     o 8% for Ilocos Region, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela,         Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Bataan, Nueva Ecija,         Zambales, La Union, Tarlac, Pangasinan.
     o 10% for VISMIN
     o Some location will incur extra charge aside from the         additional freight cost

• Once payment clears, items will be shipped within 1-3    business days.
• Check deposits are acceptable. Your orders will be    processed after check clearance.
• If payment has not been made within 3 days, your    order will be forfeited.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

• All items will be shipped 1-3 business days after    payment has been confirmed.
• Shipments are sent via delivery van in GMA and Luzon    area, via sea freight through Pambato Cargo forwarder    in other areas particularly in VISMIN region.
• Handling time depends on some certain location    covered by the sea freight forwarder.
• Option to pick-up order at sales office in Quezon City.
• The seller has the right to refuse shipment outside the delivery zone.

CONDITION OF SALES

• All sales are final, unless the item was grossly    misrepresented.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to    leakage, breakage or other causes and condition after    ordered merchandise have been delivered to the    customer in good order and condition.
• Return shall be processed in accordance with the    seller’s policies to returned merchandise and approval    thereof will depend on the circumstances surrounding    the case.
• Replacement may be done within 7 days after receipt.
• Seller’s responsibility ceases when delivery of    merchandise to public carrier or authorized    representative.
