Our Core Solutions
Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA)
Navigate the competitive power market with ease. We analyze your facility's consumption profile and connect you with top-tier, licensed Renewable Energy (RE) suppliers.
-
Cost Optimization: Secure highly competitive generation rates tailored to your business.

-
Risk Management: Protect your operations against volatile spot market price fluctuations.

-
Regulatory Compliance: Seamlessly transition to become a contestable customer.
Commercial PV

Commercial Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems convert ambient daylight into usable, on-site electricity for business facilities.

By utilizing rooftop arrays or ground mounts, companies generate their own clean energy, significantly reducing monthly utility overhead, locking in long-term power costs, and meeting corporate sustainability targets.
Solar Solutions
Greenline Solar provides adaptable models tailored to your business needs and financial strategy:

1. Turnkey Projects (EPC)
-
What it is: A comprehensive, end-to-end service covering the entire system's lifecycle—from engineering and design to procurement and construction.
-
The Benefit: You own the asset outright. Greenline manages all the heavy lifting, including permits and installation. This grants you immediate control over your power generation and maximum long-term financial returns.
2. Solar Leasing (Zero Capital Investment)
-
What it is: A model where Greenline’s Equity Partners absorb the upfront costs of engineering and installing the solar plant on your property.
-
Your business simply purchases the generated electricity at a contracted, discounted rate.
-
The Benefit: Zero capital expenditure means you start saving on operational expenses right away, without worrying about system ownership, maintenance, or equipment depreciation.
Grid Tie and Hybrid
Grid-Tied Systems (On-Grid)
A system that is directly connected to your local utility grid and do not require solar batteries.
-
How it works: When your panels produce more electricity than your home is using, the excess energy is sent back to the utility grid. When you need more power than your solar produces, you simply draw electricity from the grid.
-
Best for: Customers with stable grid power who want to maximize their monthly savings and see a faster return on investment.
-
Important note: For safety reasons, grid-tied systems automatically shut down during a power outage or blackout.
Hybrid Systems (Solar + Storage)
Hybrid systems are the ultimate upgrade for energy resilience. They combine the benefits of a grid-tied setup with battery storage, effectively blending the best of both worlds.
-
How it works: Instead of sending all excess solar energy back to the grid, the surplus power is stored in dedicated solar batteries. If there is a power interruption, the battery bank automatically kicks in to keep your essential appliances running.
-
Best for: Customers dealing with blackouts, unstable grid power, or those who want to power critical loads (like refrigerators, lights, and WiFi) during an emergency.
-
Important note: Because they require additional hardware like batteries, hybrid systems carry a higher upfront cost.

Other Services
Net Metering
Electric Cooperative's net metering is a bidirectional energy-trading mechanism enabling Cebu consumers to act as "prosumers."
You generate solar power for your own use, and any excess unused energy automatically flows back to the grid.
In return, you earn a per-kilowatt-hour rebate to lower your monthly electric bill.
Unlike standard grid-tie setups, this program shifts how you are billed through distinct mechanics and procedures:
Bi-Directional Metering: Electric Cooperative replaces your traditional meter with a special digital meter that records two values: the power you import from them at night, and the excess solar power you export during the day.
Energy Credit System: Exported energy is credited at the blended generation cost. Because this export credit is valued lower than the retail rate, financial optimization means sizing your system to match your daytime consumption.
Seamless Turnkey Transitions: Greenline handles the technical requirements—such as the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) and application for the Distribution Impact Study (DIS)—to guarantee a smooth transition and application process.
